Certified Proud - Allyship

Donya Anvari is a London-based leader, speaker, Co-Founder and Director of Certified Proud. With over 10 years’ experience advocating for and researching inequality within civil society, Donya brings a thoughtful, practical and values-led approach to LGBTQ+ inclusion, allyship and social impact.

Alongside her work with Certified Proud, Donya manages multi-year grants for an investment firm, working across charity partnerships, social impact, ESG and communications. She also sits on the Board of an organisation that supports young people who are not in employment, education or training, advising on strategy, growth and risk.

As a speaker, Donya combines lived insight, sector knowledge and practical guidance to help audiences understand what meaningful LGBTQ+ inclusion looks like in business, at work and in wider society.
