Stress is a part of life. We all get stress, but not all of us manage stress as well as we would like. We’re probably not going to get rid of every little thing that cause us stress, and if we do, I’m sure something new will come along! So what can we do next? We can learn to manage stress better! This seminar provides an understanding around stress, provides practical strategies about how to manage stress, and will improve the tools we have to improve our quality of life.
