15 Minute Appointments

Whatever your working environment, all of us need to relax from time to time. Our Massage Therapist will be onsite offering free 15 minute massage sessions.

Each massage is specifically designed to reduce muscle tension and stress. This non-intrusive massage, uses a unique series of acupressure points and stretches on the back, neck and shoulder area, leaving you feeling relaxed, invigorated and ready to return to work with renewed concentration.

Who: Massage Therapist, Audrey Butler will deliver the massages.

When: The appointments will take place on the November 20th from 09:00 - 17:00. Appointments will be 15 minutes in duration.

Where: Studio Recharge, Operations Centre Bray Road Dublin 18 D18 PH48.

Do I need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so register today via the links below.

Please note, if a time slot has already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list for that particular time slot. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for this time slot if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space next to the time slot this means both the time slot and the wait list slot have been taken.
