This webinar is for those who want to learn how to focus attention on the present, allowing one to appreciate it more and improve quality of life.
As we constantly find ourselves planning ahead, setting goals for the future, we often find ourselves with no room to focus on the present. Our Psychologist will provide tips on easy mindfulness exercises and techniques that can help tackle stress, anxiety, depression, mental exhaustion as well as learning to take personal time for yourself.
The webinar will be available for all Bemis employees to watch from April 12th and will remain available for 30 days.
