Burnout is a very common problem, it can be understood as stress experienced in an occupational context and defined as a state of mental and physical exhaustion.
In this seminar, we will explore the triggers, the underlying mechanisms, and the symptoms associated with burnout. We will also look at the various practices and techniques we can implement into our daily lives to help overcome burnout.
