Mindfulness Workshop Series
Mindfulness refers to the focusing of attention and awareness on the present and fosters the ability to inhibit those very quick emotional impulses. Research suggests that mindfulness practices are useful in the treatment and management of pain, stress, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, anger management and addiction. This 4 week seminar series allows participants to learn the principles of mindfulness and incorporate it into their daily life.
