Mindfulness Workshop Series

Mindfulness refers to the focusing of attention and awareness on the present and fosters the ability to inhibit those very quick emotional impulses. Research suggests that mindfulness practices are useful in the treatment and management of pain, stress, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, anger management and addiction. This 6 week seminar series allows participants to learn the principles of mindfulness and incorporate it into their daily life.


Who: Psychologist, Sinead Lynch will deliver the workshops.

When: The first workshop will take place on April 10th at 12:00 in the Shannon Room and will run every week for 6 weeks on the dates listed below:

  • Week 1: 10th April

  • Week 2: 17th April

  • Week 3: 1st May

  • Week 4: 8th May

  • Week 5: 15th May

  • Week 6: 22nd May 

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes, to sign up, please complete the booking form below.
