6 Week Programme

Whether your aim is to tone up, relax, reduce stress or simply boost your energy levels, our instructor will show you how to strengthen, tone and relax your body whilst quietening your mind! This programme can be enjoyed by everyone, whether you are new to yoga or are a veteran!

When: The classes will commence on Wednesday March 21st at 12:30 in the gym, and will run for 6 weeks on the following dates:

  • 21st March
  • 28th March
  • 4th April
  • 11th April
  • 18th April
  • 25th April
