6 Week Weight Loss Programme

This 6 week weight loss programme is for anyone who wants to lose weight the healthy way, change their eating habits and improve their lifestyle.

It can be difficult to make permanent changes to habits around eating and lifestyle which have been learned over the years. Long term weight loss is an ambitious goal to set but this weight loss programme makes it possible. We will provide all the support you need in order to shift those extra pounds - for good!

This weight loss programme will be delivered onsite by Katie O'Shea, and in addition, our eLearning module will be presented by Nutritionist Carla Bredin. Both of our wellness experts have helped people across the country on their commitments to losing weight and eating more sensibly.


Who: Weight Management Specialist, Katie O'Shea will oversee the programme.
