Increase your activity levels with this fun and challenging class! This class mixes a wide variety of different activities to maximise fun and get a sweat going. Each class is divided into three parts, a vigorous warm up encompassing running, jumping, catching, passing and dynamic movements. Next, an exercise portion utilising a circuit of exercises that change week to week. Finally a conditioning portion where improving cardiovascular fitness is the goal.


Who: Fitness Instructor, John Hand will deliver these classes.

When: The classes will commence on 3rd September at 12:30, and will run for 9 weeks, twice a week.

  3. 17th & 19th Sep

  4. 24th & 26th Sep

  5. 1st & 3rd Oct

  6. 8th &10th Oct

  7. 15th & 17th Oct

  8. 22nd & 24th Oct

  9. 29th & 31st Oct

    Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so please register by completing the booking form below.


Registration

Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space instead of the book button this means both the available slots and the wait list slots have been taken.
