Energising Session

Our Fitness Instructor will deliver a short informative and practical class, energise the room and set the crowd up for the day ahead. The session will comprise of a number of individual breathing and movement exercises along with team interaction and activities.

These sessions are a great introduction to try something new as well as energise you for working day.


Who: Fitness Instructor, Kieran McKeown will deliver the session.

When: The session will take place September 11th at 10:00.

Do I need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so register today via the booking form below.

Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space instead of the book button this means both the available slots and the wait list slots have been taken.
