Your 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme provides employees with an opportunity to chat with Irish Qualified Financial Advisors around their money issues. Life Coaching is a unique and convenient tool to assist people in achieving their goal. Life Coaching is appropriate for those who are ready to take action in their lives.

It is designed to promote self-awareness, clarify visions, values, intentions, and goals, and enhance life skills. Whilst not be confused with Counselling, Life Coaching can be valuable during times of personal or professional change. Coaching is a process in which an individual gets support while learning to achieve a specific personal or professional result or goal. Coaching is not counselling or therapy. Coaching, like other 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme services, is private and confidential.

Our life coaches have significant experience in dealing with a variety of issues with people from diverse backgrounds in one-to-one as well as workshop delivery methods. Our life coaches can offer coaching in the following areas: • Confidence Coaching

• Time management/ Organisation Skills

Coaching is available to employees and their families, any legal dependent of the employee, and anyone living in the employee’s household. This service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. When employees call the 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme Freephone line they are assisted with scheduling a no cost telephone consultation with a life coach. Each employee is entitled to one initial thirty-minute telephone consultation.

+ Mediation

Conflict can arise in any organisation. Mediation is a confidential, flexible, voluntary, impartial and informal approach to conflict resolution. The aim of the mediation service is to provide a safe opportunity for the parties involved to identify issues, explore options for the best way forward and reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Our mediation services are aimed at finding a mutually acceptable resolution while providing an opportunity for those involved to identify issues and explore possible solutions.

+ Support for Non Irish Employees

Your 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme offers free, face to face counselling sessions for employees and their families who may be experiencing difficulties and wish to talk to someone in a confidential, trustworthy, and safe environment. Our nationwide network of fully qualified and accredited counsellors are highly experienced in both personal and work related issues and can support anyone suffering a wide variety of problems, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, work related problems and family or relationship issues. With more than a hundred counsellors spread throughout the country, there will always be a counsellor close by who can arrange an appointment within a couple of days.

+ Telephone Counselling

Sometimes, face to face counselling may not be convenient or practical for an employee, or they might simply just prefer to talk to a counsellor over the phone. In these cases, telephone counselling can be arranged. Telephone counselling is a handy alternative, as it is accessible from even the most remote locations and can save time and money associated with travel. Fully qualified counsellors will be on hand to provide counselling over the telephone at a time that is most convenient for the employee. Sessions will always be facilitated by the same counsellor each time, ensuring familiarity and consistency.

+ Video Counselling

Video counselling is available to any employee for whom face to face counselling isn’t suitable. Like telephone counselling, video counselling offers increased flexibility, is more convenient, more affordable and widely accessible. Video sessions can be accessed through a computer and can be carried out from the comfort of the own home or office. Just as in face to face counselling, video counselling gives you and your therapist the ability to see each other throughout the session, helping to build a strong, trusting and supportive counselling relationship.
