0-5K Supervised Running Programme

Our 0-5K Supervised Running Programme is for anyone who has either not run for a while or has limited previous running experience and wants to be able to run 5K in 8 weeks!

This programme is a supervised run/walk to continuous running programme. Our Running Coach will lead twice weekly group sessions and show you the techniques you need to run up to 5K and beyond, efficiently and pain free.

Each participant will also have access to our eLearning platform where online content will detail the running programme for that week, as well as helpful advice about nutrition, what to wear and motivational input. Even if you miss a supervised session, you will still be able to stay on top of your training plan by following the eLearning content.

When: The programme will begin on April 16th,15:30 and run for 8 weeks every Tuesday and Thursday
Week 1 : 16th April - 18th April
Week 2 : 23rd April - 25th April
Week 3 : 30th April - 2nd May
Week 4 : 7th May - 9th May
Week 5 : 14th May - 16th May
Week 6 : 21st May - 23rd May
Week 7 : 28th May - 30th May
Week 8 : 4th June - 6th June

Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes, please register by completing the online booking form below. Registration is capped at 20 so register now to avoid disappointment. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.

If there is a “Sold” button or blank space instead of the book button this means both the available slots and the wait list slots have been taken.

If you receive an error message, this means multiple people are trying to book for the same time slot. Refresh the page and repeat the booking process to confirm your booking.
